Got this emails through from Josh last night
just a quick little note if you would like to put it on, I feel good cant wait to get back on the bike, and see you all on Sunday, I'm writing this in Abu Dhabi airport my plane is boarding in 5 mins time ...
Sorry about the delayed reply, I will write up a little thing on Monday or Tuesday after I finish practice.
Josh
hi all,
Just a bit of an update.
I got some xrays on my ankle on saturday and i am due at the doctors today to see what they have to say,
We had to remove my cast to get x rays and when it was removed i managed to get to stand up on it and put a bit of preasure on it, it doesnt feel to bad.
I have been using biomagnetic treatment on my ankle to draw the calcium to the area. Which speeds up the process by up to half. As well as taking calcium tablets to boost my system up.
Any way with a bit of luck i can start physio after today fingers crossed
Bye for now
Josh has returned to Townsville for a little break to try and help speed up his recovery
Statement from Stewart Dickson posted on Easy Tiger
After riding in Germany on Monday Josh went for an xray tonight on his injured ankle, Josh unfortunatley has broken his ankle and will be out of action for 4 to 6 weeks, He is in plaster and goes back to the hospital on Thursday, We wish him well and look foward to seeing him back some time in July

Heat 9.Brown,
Tactical gate in this one. Somerset off 3 and 4. This means Tigers off 1 and 2.
Heat 14.Gathercole,
Hi all,
I'm pretty disappointed in my result from yesterday. Nothing was working for me. I don’t really want to go into full detail and start making excuses, but I wasn’t getting out of the trap yesterday. I had a brand new set of plates in and still couldn’t make a start.
I will be going to the track this week some time and I will be doing start after start after start to try and get it down pat.
The monarchs were quick out of the start yesterday but that’s no excuse it’s our home track and we should have won.... regardless.
it is so hard when 4 of us are getting majority of the points ( no offence to the other guys) imagine what a score line would be like if Shane or James had an off day ?!?!?
Thanks for the support. thought I would get my head ripped off but at least you are all behind me
I will get my starts right for next weekend ( if the weather is good and I get some track time this week )
cheers
Josh
